WHICH COACH ARE YOU?

When I coached basketball, I  was concerned about the total athlete. That means the mental side (personal and academic), functional fitness, speed strength agility quickness and nutrition. If there was something in any of these categories that would give my players an edge and was safe, I kept an open mind and wanted to learn more about it.

This one reason we went from being an unknown to being ranked 10th in the country by HoopsUSA.

I speak to too many coaches who are only concerned about skill development, wins and losses, let their ego get in the way, and feel they know it all. They are the ones I would love to go up against.

A good coach is always learning, looking to get better for his/her team.
